Roman Ciuni
Finance + Real Estate
Roman leads real estate, financing, business development, and brokerage services for Ground Review, LLC. His creative approach to business is grounded in 20 years of experience and leadership in real estate. Roman began his real estate career in 2004 as a commercial real estate broker with CBRE, Marcus & Millichap, and NAI Capital. In 2015, he joined LAB Holding, LLC, as the Director of Real Estate and Finance, responsible for acquisition and development of experiential retail and mixed-use projects, such as the Lab Anti-Mall, Anaheim Packing District, and The Camp.

Roman holds a bachelor’s degree in music performance from the University of Southern California. He is an avid runner, regularly competing in ultra-endurance events. His passion for the arts and endurance sports brings a unique level of creativity and inspiration to the team. He currently resides in Irvine, California, with his wife and two children.
Jason House
Leasing + Retail Strategy
Jason leads leasing, tenant relations and experiential retail strategy. His recent experience includes leasing the LAB Anti-Mall, The Camp, and the Anaheim Packing District. Jason takes a unique approach to leasing, considering social-cultural phenomena to push project development.

Jason launched Project Potential, a social enterprise in rural India. He led business development and partnerships as the company expanded its services in training and mobilizing young entrepreneurs in community development activities.

Jason studied finance and social business at the Wharton Business School at the University of Pennsylvania. Jason is also a passionate ultra-endurance runner and believes in the immense value of challenging oneself. Jason is a proud supporter and occasional extra hand in the kitchen for his partner’s bakeries – Rye Goods. He and his partner Sara Lezama and two dogs, Mowgli and Braxton reside in Laguna Beach, California.
Shane Springer
Leasing + Client Management
Shane manages outreach and client relationships for Ground Review, LLC. His recent experience is focused on tenant representation for retailers, breweries and prominent restaurants throughout Southern California.

Shane has over 10 years of experience in sales, vendor management, and business
development. His strong communication and negotiation skills, combined with his extensive knowledge of the local real estate market, make him a valuable asset to his clients and team.

This experience has translated well into his current role in Real Estate, where he has been able to bring a unique perspective and skillset to the industry.

Shane studied communications and sociology at Santa Barbara. When he is not working hard to exceed his clients' expectations, Shane enjoys spending time golfing and hanging out with his fiancé.
